As a mother of two, wife and ex-city lawyer I have first-hand experience of training alongside full time work and raising a family. This makes me passionate about helping athletes achieve a balance between their personal training goals and the challenges of everyday life.
My long-standing love of sport and fitness has seen me complete marathons, sportives and long distance swims but I was in my late 30s before I caught the triathlon bug and I decided to pursue my passion and qualify as a Level 3 personal trainer and triathlon coach (sitting nicely alongside my swim teaching qualifications).
I take an analytical approach (that's the legal background!) and love to find what is sometimes the simplest of change to technique or approach that can make a big difference to performance and ultimately enjoyment of sport.
